Abasto Plaza Hotel, The Tango Experience

We booked this hotel at clickhoteles.com.ar. It was offered as a 5 star Hotel & Spa with outdoor swimming pool. The offer was a Deluxe Suite for U$82 tax included and buffet breakfast. Wow!
First:  What Spa? No jacuzzi, no dry/wet sauna. Swimming pool: yes, only open to 1PM to 7PM. Since the check in was after 2 PM and the check out at 12 noon, not so much time to use the swimming pool. The gym was clean and in very good condition. We had to go to the reception to get a key to open it (?). Service here?
Five star rating: Not really, not really. The room was big enough and pretty clean, basic amenities, the smell of cigarettes was awful. The color TV set was old, and the furniture had seen better days.  The internet was charged  $15 pesos for 6 hours. No Wi Fi area. Not a smile from the staff at all.
The buffet offered for breakfast was good. It had coffee, tea, several fruit juices, fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, pastries, several types of bread, butter, assorted jams and dulce de leche, cheese and ham.
We had dinner at the Volver restaurant on the first floor. It was really very good the table of cheese and cold cuts, plenty of them for two ($35)  and a bread basket,  plus a great red wine Trapiche Orígenes malbec 2007 at $ 35. We ordered a bottle of water and a side dish of french fries and we paid $82 for everything without tip.
This is a very good 3 star plus hotel. Comfortable and good located. Has to work a lot on a more friendly staff.
